Hello Deep Delvers,

Many of us are waiting to hear about Onyx Path's catch-up print plan, eager for our World Below hardcovers. Rich talked about the challanges they've had with getting predictable printing costs and how they're working to get their backlog sorted over the next year in his lastest Monday Meeting Notes. The summary is they've got a handful of books to get into production once the current project is finished (which is still underway) and they may be doing a couple of books at a time to move through the titles, but he won't announce an order or what's in production until it's actually underway to keep expectations in check. So, there's work being done and we'll know when we see World Below going to press, but that's still some time ahead of us. The good news is they have a plan and at some point, we'll have the books in our hands.

June 2026 Monthly Update

Hello Deep Delvers,

Wrapping up the month of June with our regular update.

For you this month, I've got the video of the Earthbane Cycle panel from 2026's Onyx Path Online Game Convention. The team checks in on current and future projects  - including the next entry under the Earthbane Cycle umbrella.

In terms of project progress, there are no big changes this month. For those digital backers, you're mostly waiting on the Underworld Adventures and Monster Cards, along with some of the regular milestone markers. Underworld Adventures is in the Art Notes phase of art direction, waiting for artists schedules to open up and contracts to be written. The others are mostly waiting for a clear moment in the schedule to get hammered out.

Those of us hardcover backers are eagerly awaiting any word of a timeline to get those books produced and delivered. I can tell you that Onyx Path switched to a new printer at the end of last year and so far they've tested out the process with one deluxe hardcover book and one standard hardcover book, and they're lining up a multi-format project next. When that's all locked and loaded, they should have a pretty good understanding of the process for each kind of project and will hopefully be able to get more detailed with their print plans. But that's all for discussion at much higher levels than me. Hopefully they'll share a road map or plans to catch up on their delayed print queue before too long. I'll pass along any info I find out.

Hello Deep Delvers,

Whiel the Onyx Path team continues to sort through and build some kind of schedule for printing and manufacturing, I'm back for our regular monthly check in. And, as usual, I don't have much news.

BUT - I do have news about a place to get information directly from the source.


A great place to learn more about pending and future Earthbane Cycle projects is Onyx Path's annual Virtual Gaming Convention! In just over two weeks, Onyx Path will be running their online convention - FRIDAY JUNE 5 to SUNDAY JUNE 7.


As noted, all panels will be streaming on Onyx Path's Twitch channel running Friday June 5 - Sunday June 7, and Actual Plays will be streaming at Plastic Age Plays channel. 

If you want information on current and possible future Trinity Continuum projects, I'd suggest checking out:

April 2026 Monthly Update

Hello Deep Delvers,

We're still in a print/production holding pattern, circling overhead as the Onyx Path team figures out how to fill in their print schedule slots. They've successfully completed production and fulfillment with their new printing and distribution partners, so there's a template to apply as they go forward, and a few projects have already joined the queue, but not this one just yet.

So, I'll continue to monitor and ask about our pending Stretch Goal projects and share info with you once a month. It's not very exciting, but I want you to know that I'm at least paying attention and checking in with the Onyx Path crew and reading Rich's Monday Meeting Notes so nothing will be forgotten or sneak by.



If you wanna check out the next two big supplements for The World Below but missed the recent Crowdfunding campaign, the Pre-Order page for Buried Treasures is now up and running. Ordering the PDF for either book will get you the draft manuscript to use for your game until the backer PDFs come out next year.

ED GREENWOOD'S MONSTROUS ECOLOGY

Thanks to your feedback and support, Onyx Path has now fine-tuned the Monstrous Ecology PDF, implemented your feedback where appropriate, fixed all of the page numbers, and the finalized PDF is now available on DriveThruRPG. If you downloaded the Backer PDF from the Pledge Manager when it became available to you in January, the finalized version is now available in your DriveThruRPG digital library to download at your convenience. If you hadn't downloed the backer PDF version (and it was on your list of rewards), the link in the Pledge Manager will add the latest version to your DTRPG cart at $0 cost.



COMMUNITY CONTENT RESOURCES

Did you know you can create and release your own supplements for The World Below via the Storypath Nexus Community Content site? I note this for two reasons - first, Onyx Path has just released some useful tools for those creating their own material for The World Below:



And secondly, because the 2026 Storypath Nexus Game Jam is taking place between 9:00 pm EDT March 16th to 9:00 pm EDT April 10th, 2026. Judge and Popularity votes will take place between April 11th and the 17th, 2026. Judges are allowed to score submitted entries early to speed up the process. 

During the course of the contest, judges and contestants will be encouraged to stream their design process and content.

The winners will be announced on Onyx Path Publishing’s Twitch Stream at 9pm ET on April 17th, 2026.

The Prompt for this year is “Create and Adventure”!
